Hello and Welcome to my Blog.   I am creating this blog to help database professionals in their respective fields troubleshoot, discuss/argue, for and against any databaes related topic.   This blog will mainly interest those around Oracle and SQL Server databases. 

I hope to help those in the field or those that are working on becoming admins/developers of Oracle and SQL Server databases.

I will try to post various different things such as interview questions for DBA’s , special techniques in performance tunings, or simply describing how to use a feature of the RDBMS.
